ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES

The colour is intense ruby red with orange reflections. On the nose it is very intense and broad, intertwining raspberry jam together with balsamic vinegar, with hints of cinnamon, cut grass, violet and nutmeg. On the palate it’s full-bodied, persistent and with a satisfying finish, with hints of fruit, vanilla, oak and earth. Alcohol content: 14 % vol.

VINEYARD In the town of Novello, in the area of Ravera. The terroir is Clayey-calcareous marls leading to a deep soil, with a loamy-silty texture and a medium presence of active limestone
