ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES

The colour is ruby red with purple shades on the rim. The aroma is distinctive and fruity, with hints of plum, red apple and marasca cherry. The result is seductively complex and intense. The taste is dry, harmonious, and balanced, with a full body and an elegant aftertaste of bitter almond. Alcohol content: 14.5% vol

VINEYARD Substrate composed of silty and clayish soil alternated with sandstone and outcrops from the “Marne di S. Agata” (Tortonian period)
